Disputes TribunalDisputes Tribunals are not like formal courts. There are no lawyers or judges. Disputes are heard by a referee who has been carefully selected and trained. A referee is someone who will either help you to come to your own solution or will determine your dispute. Any ruling they make is binding and will, if necessary, be enforced by the Courts. The following publications provide information on the role of the Disputes Tribunal: Note: If you wish to view the following publications in Adobe's Acrobat PDF format you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. It can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Website.
You can contact the Disputes Tribunal through your nearest District Court. |
